PG&E. Eastern Merced County is a different story, since Merced Irrigation District provides retail electric service in Merced, Atwater, Livingston, and Winton. That matters because MID sets its own net metering terms while PG&E follows the state tariff. If you have compared notes with someone across the county, the difference is probably why your numbers did not match.
